KURDS NGO is currently seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to fill the position of Administrative/Maintenance Officer at our Gerbil Registration Center. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing various administrative and maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of the centre.
A maintenance administrator often works in an office and oversees all things that have to do with maintenance. The duties include ordering supplies as they are needed and carrying out maintenance checks every week or month.

General Maintenance:
Conduct daily follow-ups on maintenance requirements for the building, including electricity, water, air conditioning systems, and other utilities.
Liaise and delegate tasks to the technical department to address maintenance needs promptly.
Cleaning Operations:
Ensure daily close follow-up on cleaning activities conducted by the cleaning company.
Request cleaning materials on a monthly basis and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages.
Logistical Coordination:
Prepare requests, emails, and follow up on the provision of fuel for generators.
Monitor and request drinking water and disposable cups to maintain adequate stock.
Inventory Management:
Monitor the stock of stationary and A4 papers, preparing requests when required.
Organize offices, furniture, and keys for various rooms in the centre.
Government Department Liaison:
Follow up on requests received from government departments working in the centre, such as security offices.
Delegate tasks required to relevant parties within the centre.
ICT and Network Oversight:
Monitor the performance of internet and network services in the centre.
Report any issues encountered to the ICT team in Erbil.
Equipment Maintenance:
Conduct continuous follow-up on ICT equipment, including printers, photocopiers, scanners, and cartridges.
Report any maintenance needs or shortages of supplies immediately.
Previous experience in administrative and maintenance roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of basic IT and networking concepts.
Proactive problem-solving attitude.
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Languages: English, Kurdish, and Arabic
